The Selection Process:
The currently seated Board of Directors would be responsible for reviewing all of the submitted applications. The best applications are forwarded to the Executive Director. It is the Executive Director's responsibility to interview the best applicants. The Executive Director then nominates the best qualified applicant for the board position. The Board of Directors must confirm the nomination with a majority vote. If the applicant does not receive enough votes, the Executive Director must choose a second nominee. This continues until a nomination receives the required number of board votes. |
